To save time and make your pet's admission to the
hospital go as quickly and smoothly as possible, please do the
following:
- Download
your Anesthesia/Surgery Consent Form here, fill it in and sign it, and bring it
with you in the morning
- Please allow 10 minutes for your pet's
admission to the hospital.
- Please take away all solid food after 8pm the
night before. Water is ALWAYS allowed. Please NEVER withhold water.
- If your pet is taking medications, please call
in advance to see if your pet should receive morning medications on the
day of anesthesia.
