She is a graduate of Pima Medical Institute's veterinary technician program and is training closely with the technical staff and doctors here at MIVC to become a licensed technician. Gretchen Landon, Client Services & Reception Supervisor
Gretchen received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oregon before moving north with her Seattle Native husband. In her spare time she relishes time with her family, friends, and menagerie of pets as well as reading and traveling. Gretchen has been part of the MIVC team since 2006.
Mary Gallacher, Client Relations and Reception
Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Mary has always had a life long love for animals. She took her first steps into the animal care field in 2007 when she started working at a boarding facility and two vet clinics in their boarding departments before making her way up to Washington in 2014 where she started as a receptionist. She enjoys taking care of both the clients and their pets with her kind and friendly nature. When she is not in the office, she can usually be found in Tacoma either unwinding at home with a nerdy show or movie with her fiancee, her pit bull Sandor, her cat Arya and her iguana Daenerys or she is out and about enjoying local shows and exploring the city.
